About the role
- Analyze calls and call recordings using platforms such as Five9, AI tools, and other relevant software
- Report findings and communicate insights to support performance improvement
- Provide coaching to NSC and PCC staff
- Assist in patient support activities when needed
- Document errors discovered and provide real-time feedback
- Proactively review trends in errors and mentor coordinators
Requirements
- Experience in a retail pharmacy environment is preferred
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be registered (active unrestricted) Pharmacy Technician in the state in which work will be conducted
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency
- Ability to learn and manage Five9 Dashboards, Observe.AI, and others assigned
