Demand Generation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, programmatic channels, and industry publications
- Build and run targeted campaigns focused on high-value accounts (ABM)
- Set up and manage systems to track and report on paid marketing performance
- Manage relationships with marketing and advertising partners to ensure campaigns run effectively
- Build and grow a social influencer program, including healthcare providers and caregiver content creators
- Track and report on key demand generation metrics (leads, engagement, pipeline impact) on a regular basis
- Coordinate speaker submissions and participation for industry conferences
- Partner with Business Development to ensure leads are routed, scored, and followed up effectively
- Create clear monthly and quarterly reports for marketing and executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing within healthcare or another relevant regulated industry is required
- Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, programmatic, paid search)
- Experience executing targeted marketing campaigns for specific accounts or customer segments
- Experience building or scaling content programs, including SEO (bonus if familiar with AI-driven or evolving search strategies)
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and insights, while knowing when human judgment is needed
- Experience managing marketing or media partnerships with a focus on measurable results
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for partnership activations and team meetings
