About the role
- Lead medium-sized to large project teams to successful outcomes in line with project goals, client satisfaction, and firmwide initiatives.
- Build and support high-performing teams in collaboration with Project Executives, assigning responsibilities aligned with team strengths and growth opportunities.
- Develop project proposals, including scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees, in partnership with project leaders.
- Coordinate with design and technical leaders to deliver integrated, multi-discipline project packages.
- Maintain and update project work plans, labor plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor financial performance and project metrics using Vantagepoint and related tools.
- Foster open communication, collaboration, and accountability within the team; provide guidance, feedback, and escalation as needed.
- Manage client relationships, contracts, communications, and risk in partnership with Project Executives.
- Review and submit matters related to budget, schedule, and scope; oversee technical submissions and sign/seal documents when required.
- Support leaders with staffing decisions, revenue projections, and business development efforts including proposals and interviews.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and secure fees when appropriate.
- Utilize MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), and Deltek Vantagepoint; stay familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required. Architecture license required, preferably in the state of Nevada.
- Proven project management experience in gaming, hospitality and entertainment markets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and manage client relationships.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and financial oversight.
- Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar).
- Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro & Microsoft Teams (digital collaboration tools).
