About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field.
Act as the front-line representative to customers.
Perform complete diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment at the customer’s location.
Develop productive customer relations.
Apply documented procedures and policies to complete repairs and schedule maintenance.
Assist with completion required documentation.
Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
Ensure adherence to all meaningful Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as an engine technician.
Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on engine systems efficiently and accurately.
Ability to operate a service vehicle, including safely using service cranes and other heavy equipment as required for field service repairs.
Class A or B CDL (preferred but not required).
Cummins Engine Certifications in midrange, heavy duty or high horsepower (preferred but not required).

3 years driving experience.
