About the role
- Supporting/using the CCIMS (Customer Care Information Management System) application
- Compiling SQL queries using databricks
- Helping develop CCIMS next generation application and Process improvement projects
- Gaining an appreciation of service function/spend time in the CBU Service Lab in Huddersfield
- Supporting project in the Data Analytics & Data Science functions
Requirements
- We are looking applicants studying towards a degree in the following areas or similar: Data Science, Technology, Maths, Business or Project Management
- An interest in Data Science and Data Analytics.
- Good understanding of databases and their structures
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team with experience contributing to or leading projects.
