Advance manufacturing capabilities by identifying, evaluating, and implementing new welding technologies, equipment improvements, and innovative processes that strengthen competitive advantage.
Lead complex cross-functional projects by coordinating internal and external resources, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution of multiple welding-related initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. (3 to 5 years manufacturing quality experience)
Welding experience required. (Hands on Laser Welding experience preferred)
