Requirements

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience
  • Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience
  • Windows XP through 11, and server 2008 through 2019
  • Familiarity with antivirus systems, Active directory, and basic windows security settings
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, switching, and common network devices
  • Technical aptitude, using standard IT software including MS OFFICE, Telnet/putty clients, remote desktop, and Cummins online tools (teams/SharePoint)
