Strong experience in solution design, system integration, data modeling, data migration, software configuration, testing, performance tuning, and enterprise application support.
Knowledge of ALM/PLM tools such as Polarion, RV&S, Jira, and DOORS, along with strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and modern development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex requirements, troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Clear communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, work independently, and contribute to an inclusive, globally aware team environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
6 – 8 years of experience in IT solution development, enterprise systems, application configuration, solution design, systems integration, or related technology roles.
Experience working with vendors, IT service providers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple workstreams.
Relevant certifications in project management, ALM/PLM platforms, Agile, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud, software development, or related tools are preferred.
