About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customer facing sales force by responding to incoming Customer calls/emails, qualifying the Customer and routing qualified Contacts/Leads to appropriate Sales Team Member.
Compile budgetary quotes for simple to complicated jobs by gathering technical data, Customer presentations, lead time and other sources.
Receive, process orders and identify any issues while managing invoices and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs while communicating order status, inventory status and other associated information to customer facing sales force.
Resolve Customer issues where applicable, escalating as needed to others for resolution (including shipment and after sale).
Periodically review and report on inventory and stock levels, checking for discrepancies and taking action as needed.
Actively support all Branch personnel in the sale of products to retail Customers across varying levels of tasks.

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of BMS.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across various teams.
Adaptability in handling repetitive and process-driven tasks efficiently.
Strong accountability and follow-through on commitments.
