Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 5 years of experience in aftermarket heavy duty truck parts sales or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven ability to develop, strengthen, and grow strategic customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong complex problem solving capabilities
- Effective presentation skills for both small groups and large audiences
- Critical thinking and strong negotiation abilities
- Preferred Location: Minneapolis, MN, Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IA
- Able to travel up to 75%
