About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive regional growth within the Independent Aftermarket by applying strong knowledge of Heavy-Duty truck axle and braking components to targeted account strategies.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent alignment with customer and business objectives.
- Expand revenue by identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and executing account sales plans in line with the overall business strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback are clearly represented in internal decision-making.
- Improve customer satisfaction by measuring performance, analyzing data, and implementing action plans that lead to measurable improvements.
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes by negotiating contracts and payment terms within authorization levels while aligning pricing with business targets.
- Ensure reliable customer service by coordinating with internal teams to resolve production, distribution, inventory, and delivery challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency through participation in cost reduction initiatives and Customer Focus Six Sigma activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or university degree in marketing, sales, a technical field, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Significant relevant work experience in customer-facing and/or product-focused roles.
- Experience with purchasing or commercial contract negotiation preferred.
- Demonstrated track record within the Independent Aftermarket, with deep understanding of Heavy-Duty truck axle and braking components to support regional growth.
