Requirements

What you’ll need

College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Apply financial acumen to interpret KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and ROI to support sound project and business decisions.
Use business insight to align project outcomes with organizational strategy, market conditions, and customer priorities.
Communicate clearly and effectively across audiences, tailoring messages to executives, team members, and customers.
Maintain strong customer focus by building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Manage complexity by synthesizing large volumes of data, resolving ambiguity, and making timely, informed decisions.
Handle conflict constructively by addressing issues directly, minimizing disruption, and keeping teams focused on outcomes.
Plan and prioritize work effectively to meet commitments and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project issues and risks using standard tools and disciplined processes.
