Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud products in medium to large environments (1000+ users).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex business problems.
Strong proficiency in Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.
Familiarity with scripting and automation using Jira Automation, REST APIs, or similar tools (Python, PowerShell, etc. proficiency).
