About the role
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive multiple projects from initial ideation or assignment through full completion
- Facilitate Strategic Project Planning: Partner with internal business stakeholders to lead project planning sessions
- Design and Execute Robust Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Monitor Progress and Communicate Status: Utilize project management, data visualization, and communication tools to track performance
- Manage Risks, Issues, and Quality: Apply quality and project management tools to proactively identify risks or issues
- Oversee Budget, Research, and Analysis: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research, and perform project data analysis
- Enable Team Performance and Development: Assign appropriate resources and guide project teams through each stage of delivery
- Promote Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Document lessons learned, maintain accessible project records, and share project management best practices
Requirements
- Need experience in problem solving/ 8D/SRCA, product development or current product experience
- Must be able to travel to the USA
- Master degree preferred
