About the role

  • Deliver innovative software solutions by analyzing user needs, system flows, and work processes to design tools that solve real business problems
  • Design, modify, develop, write, implement, support, and install software programming applications
  • Document solutions through flowcharts, layouts, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and usability
  • Evaluate feasibility by analyzing requirements, challenges, and proposed solutions to drive informed decision-making
  • Translate operational needs into effective, scalable software tools bridging business and technology
  • Recommend modern development tools and techniques and promote technical excellence
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in development processes and data handling practices
  • Conduct in-depth systems analysis and recommend policy or procedural improvements to enhance system performance
  • Apply architectural knowledge to foster agile innovation and built-in quality; participate in testing, test review, witnessing, and certification of software
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proficiency in one or more technology areas – Oracle ERP, SAP, AWS Cloud services, Salesforce platform, RPA tools
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including scripting, automation of build, deployment, testing, and release management
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing architectures, system integrations, API development, and data mapping (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and iterative delivery cycles
  • Experience in Sales/Finance/Supply Chain domains (preferred)
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required
  • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
  • Experience with professional software engineering best practices for full SDLC: coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
  • Ability to communicate with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines
