- Ensure Technical and Conceptual Integrity of product features to meet user expectations and technical standards.

- Promote Lean-Agile Thinking to improve time-to-market and support continuous improvement.
- Lead with Influence, building consensus across matrixed teams without formal authority.

- Support regulatory and compliance solutions for CSSNA and DBU business teams.
Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
- SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Business knowledge with knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred/beneficial.
- Understanding of Cummins internal IT and Sox Controls desired.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance solutions to support CSSNA and DBU business teams.
- Stakeholder alignment, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong business acumen, market awareness, and effective communication skills.
- Agile & SAFe expertise; portfolio & backlog management experience.
