  • Accounting Expertise: Analyze, record, and report accounting transactions promptly to ensure accurate financial representation and compliance.
  • General Ledger Management: Prepare precise general ledger entries and perform thorough account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Audit Responsiveness: Address inquiries from management, internal and external auditors, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit teams.
  • Financial Reporting: Support special reporting requests with timely, accurate, and well-documented financial data.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive financial and operational information.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulousness in financial documentation and reconciliation.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understand and apply relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly convey financial insights and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Manages complete CIP process.
  • Assists with Fixed Asset/Inventory audits.
  • Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
  • Experience: Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
