About the role

  • Maintain accurate workforce data and drive efficiency in HR administrative processes to ensure seamless support for managers and employees.
  • Support employee and manager inquiries at a basic level and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver integrated people administration solutions that leverage technological tools, standardization, and automation.
  • Perform accurate data entry of workforce information and maintain employee records in HR systems.
  • Execute standard HR business processes within the defined geography or sub-geography, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local legislation.
  • Partner with Total Rewards Operations to assist in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and support mediclaim processes.
  • Serve as an absence partner for the Advisor and support low-complexity grievance resolution, including plant rounds.
  • Manage administrative processes for inter-entity transfers and BTE EPR sharing.
  • Execute purchase orders (POs) for HR services, gifts, and engagement activities.
  • Champion excellent customer support and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Two-year University degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Significant relevant work experience in HR administration or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR administrative tasks, coordinate processes, and deliver timely support in a dynamic work environment.
