About the role
- Teaches and mentors individuals and teams to develop an agile mindset.
- Evaluates and advises teams on appropriate agile frameworks and practices.
- Coaches and mentors Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Advises leaders on removing governance, reporting and policy impediments to an agile transformation.
- Develops an agile metrics and measures program to provide visibility of agility health and transformation progress.
- Facilitates workshops on various agile practices and techniques relating to the various roles and functions within an agile organization.
- Coaches the application of system thinking to identify and remove flow constraints, hand offs, wastes, and impediments.
- Tailors coaching for teams and individuals to help them identify gaps in performance and achieve high performance over time.
- Coaches leaders and stakeholders in appropriate behavior and interactions within an agile organization.
- Develop strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working directly with agile teams demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the agile frameworks and mindsets including SAFe, Scrum, Lean, DevOps and a strong understanding of Agile Lifecycle Management / DevOps tooling.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in business or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) and Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certifications are preferred.
