About the role
- Provide strategic direction for current and future product plans, based on CDBS and Industrial business priorities.
- Lead contact for sustaining products/programs and alignment with global Industrial product strategy team.
- Analyze and break down customer RFQ’s to sort out requirements, application information and specifications.
- Coordinate with customer support engineering and define priorities for timely completion of application approval requests.
- Maintain understanding of market conditions and customer needs.
- Develop and deliver a compelling narrative that influences decisions.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- Significant relevant work experience required, including supervisory experience.
- Prior experience with global Defense markets and OEM customers preferred.
- Bilingual in French (preferred) and English (required).
- Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical, or a related subject required. Engineering background preferred.
