About the role
- Serves as the primary point of contact with customers, developing relationships with key customers.
- Analyze customer needs, gather information, open work orders, provide quotes, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and provide updates to customers.
- Creates complex work orders including diagnostic plans and repair plans by determining repair length based on parts and labor availability.
- Works with the Service Supervisor to schedule job assignments.
- Develops relationships with key customers; resolves customer concerns regarding warranties and explain charges.
Requirements
- Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.
- Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
- Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications
