Lead and supervise the MEP Cost & Commercial Management team on projects
Responsible for recruitment, training, and development of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
12+ years in Electrical Cost & Commercial Management
5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit
Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
