About the role
- Preparing deliverables such as estimates for assigned projects of all sizes and complexity
- Developing the skills necessary to assist the Associate Director in the daily supervision of the Cost & Commercial Management team
- Leading client relationships with minimal supervision
- Delivering client proposals to meet company profitability targets
- Providing advanced cost & commercial management services throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of cost engineering experience directly related to construction projects
- Cost Engineer certification preferred, i.e. CCE, CCP
- Additional preferred certifications include PMP, PE and/or any other relevant professional licensure or certification.
