About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordination of Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to support franchise expansion, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategic objectives.
  • Franchise Relationship Management: Lead relationships with franchisees by addressing inquiries, providing support, and promoting marketing campaigns so that schools adhere to the standards set by the franchisor.
  • Creation and Execution of Marketing Materials: Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing materials, including digital assets and local marketing plans. Manage the franchisee relationship platform to ensure efficient delivery of materials and support.
  • Budget Administration: Manage the budget related to franchise activities.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to Marketing and Franchise managers.
  • Event Organization: Organize and lead events aimed at promoting the franchise area, as well as events specifically for franchisees to foster integration and engagement.
  • PR Leadership: Lead public relations activities for the franchise area, creating and managing strategies to increase the brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Communication Strategy for Educational Materials: Coordinate the communication strategy for the sale of educational materials to franchisees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous experience in franchise marketing or similar roles, with solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with franchisees and external partners.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus on delivering results and ensuring franchisee satisfaction.
