About the role
- Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential clients
- Lead Analysis: Thoroughly understand the prospective client
- Lead Qualification: Handle inbound marketing contacts and assess their profile
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads
- Conduct the qualification process: Ask strategic questions to qualify the lead
- Preparation and Scheduling: Schedule meetings or demonstrations with the salesperson
- Ensure handoff: Provide the salesperson with relevant information about the lead
- Nurture unqualified leads: Maintain contact and offer relevant content until they become a viable opportunity
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR or BDR with a focus on consultative selling (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in B2B sales and complex sales cycles
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, RD Station, Apollo, or similar
- Familiarity with methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, or similar
- Analytical ability to identify patterns and insights in lead data
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Basic or intermediate English (A2, B1)
- Leadership profile and/or experience mentoring other SDRs
- Experience with outbound prospecting for specific niches (such as the education sector)
- Familiarity with the realities and challenges of private schools in Brazil
- Experience with international exams and certifications
