Shares responsibility for the performance of work and oversight of all contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract
Assists the Distribution Project Manager with tracking, reporting, purchasing and other administrative duties
Acts as secondary point of contact if the Distribution Project Manager is not available
Uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence
Works under general supervision of higher-level personnel
Shall have the ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, within 48 hours of notification
Serves as primary government point of contact when Distribution Project Manager is not available
Ensures compliance, performance and reporting requirements are met successfully
Designated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management as directed by Program leadership
Shares in overseeing all scheduling of personnel/work supervision/quality control
Monitors cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
Recommends, develops, implements, and enforces procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program
Requirements
Must have an active Secret government security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent five (5) years of Government or private-sector work experience
3+ years of experience in logistics or contingency operations management
One-year previous supervisory experience, preferably in a government contract environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid US or local driver's license and US passport
As needed, ability to successfully pass any medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of any deployment
