Project Manager
Culligan UKInterim Project Manager leading critical projects towards successful delivery in a hybrid work environment. Requires effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and direct projects from their initiation through to completion and closure
- Create and update comprehensive project plans, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage change initiatives alongside project execution to guarantee adoption and long-term sustainability
- Effectively engage, influence, and communicate with senior stakeholders and sponsors
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve agreed-upon objectives
- Provide support for system deployments, business integrations, and product launches as needed
- Supervise process mapping and the integration of new working methods
- Deliver clear and consistent project reporting along with governance updates
- Ensure the seamless handover of deliverables into business-as-usual operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering projects as a Project Manager
- Demonstrable experience of change management and business engagement
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using Excel for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
- Willing and able to travel to Wolverhampton 3–4 days per week, plus other UK locations as required
- Experience managing system deployments, business integrations, and/or product launches
- Experience in process mapping and embedding new ways of working
- Data and analytical skills
