About the role

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Marketing, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Build sales pipeline for existing customer upsell and cross sell activities.
  • Work with Customer Experience and shared service teams to maximise customer retention, satisfaction, service delivery and account health.
  • Support the development of a sales pipeline with a focus on active opportunity and value creation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and customer feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are aware of new solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in an account management, customer services or inside sales role.
  • Understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
