About the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Experience and Marketing, to deliver exceptional service.
- Build sales pipeline for existing customer upsell and cross sell activities.
- Work with Customer Experience and shared service teams to maximise customer retention, satisfaction, service delivery and account health.
- Support the development of a sales pipeline with a focus on active opportunity and value creation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and customer feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are aware of new solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
- Experience in an account management, customer services or inside sales role.
- Understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
