About the role
- Support business development, client partnerships, research, and CRM management across senior living and hospitality sectors
- Work directly with founders to build partnerships with Life Plan Communities
- Research and identify key decision-makers
- Support business development pipeline and CRM management
- Coordinate client outreach, meetings, and discovery calls
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
- Track leads from initial outreach through partnership discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Must be comfortable interacting with executives and senior leadership
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience in hospitality, senior living, consulting, sales support, or business development strongly preferred
