About the role
- Design and sell fitted kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and accessories
- Achieve revenue and margin targets
- Contribute to setting store and salesperson targets
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly follow-ups
- Lead and continuously train sales staff
- Support salespeople through the sales process
- Create optimal conditions for business development
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding team members
- Manage external providers: delivery teams, installers, maintenance services
