About the role

  • Finance tech stack ownership: You will own our finance systems landscape and drive its continuous development
  • Integration of our cloud ERP (Sage / Microsoft Business Central) with BI, CRM, HRIS, expense management and banking systems
  • Automation & processes: You will automate our end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
  • Build and maintain API integrations and low-code workflows (e.g. n8n, Make)
  • Establish a reliable single source of truth for management reporting
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to replace manual Excel reports
  • Support audits with structured data extracts and system logs
  • Translate IFRS and HGB (German Commercial Code) requirements into system logic
  • Work closely with the Director of Finance & Legal

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in finance operations, finance systems, or process automation — ideally in an international environment
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems as well as workflow or API automation (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, REST APIs)
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English, and ideally good German skills
  • Independent, structured working style with a strong solution orientation
