About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze app usage, scan volumes, and customer retention using SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases.
Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight to track KPIs.
Collaborate with the US sales & marketing team and align with the Finland product & development teams.
Help manage and monitor customer data pipelines to ensure accuracy of user events.
Maintain automated data syncs and operational workflows between platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree or strong foundational background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or a relevant quantitative role (internships count!).
Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience querying PostgreSQL databases.
Experience creating reports and visualizations in AWS QuickSight or similar tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be comfortable navigating different time zones and translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders across the globe.
