Customer Support

• Provide support to the organization and its employees, driving and supporting positive culture and engagement
• Greet guests, check in guests, ensure proper badge usage including guest badges and ID verification; support new badge creation partnering with the service desk team
• Oversee front desk operations including phones, office supply inventory and ordering, and handling distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
• Support company events and programs by assisting with onsite logistics, planning, and coordination
• Assist with various administrative tasks including background checks and document management
• Provide support to the People Team on projects and tasks related to Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and People Operations
• Create basic digital content and assist with company-wide communication
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate travel for new hires, candidates, and employees
• Perform various other duties or projects as assigned
