About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides complex financial and schedule control services for assigned projects
Supports Program Managers and program functional participants in financial/schedule management
Works fairly independently to perform project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
Analyzes and interprets data from SAP
Develops, maintains, and facilitates project plans for projects
Interfaces and builds strong relationships with customers
Coordinates projects in accordance with Cubic policies and procedures
Establishes the cost accounting structure of projects
Assists in the budgeting and scheduling process
Participates with scheduling professionals in project schedule creation and reviews
Provides earned value management
Monitors costs to ensure accurate accounting
Prepares various internal and external financial analyses and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four year college degree, or equivalent, in business administration or accounting
Minimum of four years related experience
Must be eligible for a DOD Security Clearance
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of employees including upper management
Competent with personal computer and familiar with spreadsheet software (e.g., Lotus 1-2-3, EXCEL) and other Microsoft Office software
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines
Able to perform analysis
Adept analytical and numerical skills required
SAP experience is preferred
