About the role
- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Mobility and cFlex
- Deliver innovative experiences to agencies while enhancing rider experience
- Define and prioritize user stories with the Mobility Essentials team
- Collaborate with product management team, customers, business owners, and stakeholders
- Shape and deliver production according to the product roadmap
- Innovate solutions using cloud-hosted platforms to drive customer value
- Refine the program backlog and maintain it over time
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with the broader Umo product team to drive cross-team collaboration
- Constantly gather and understand customer challenges and develop innovative solutions
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Product Owner, product management, or related experience
- An absolute passion for improving the customer experience and the journeys of their customers
- Advanced abilities to prioritize, triage, and ultimately address unexpected challenges
- Demonstrated ability to use knowledge and data to evolve product strategy
- A refined ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while still having fun
