About the role
- Act as a trusted Customer Success Manager supporting and advising Cube customers on FP&A goals and product adoption.
- Own a book of business and drive customer health, renewal, and expansion.
- Educate customers on Cube’s value and provide strategic ongoing training to increase feature adoption.
- Partner with internal teams (Professional Services, product, engineering, support) to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outcomes.
- Analyze customer product usage and provide recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Document customer processes, use cases, and ROI; solicit and synthesize customer feedback for product development.
- Communicate benefits of new product releases and add-ons to customers.
- Establish proficiency on the Cube platform and advise customers on relevant features and functionality.
Requirements
- Excel power user with deep expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in ERP platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage Intacct.
- Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes via financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Experience using SaaS tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira.
- Ability to translate financial pain points into actionable solutions for product, engineering, and support teams.
- Comfortable operating in digital-first environments and managing multiple priorities across distributed teams.
- Composed under pressure with experience managing financial projects and timelines.
- Authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
- Willingness to work onsite in New York office Tuesday through Thursday.
