About the role
- Build and maintain AI assistants or guardrails that review internal and external communications for alignment with approved messaging and brand standards.
- Develop and manage RAG systems so Sales, Support, and internal teams receive answers based only on current, approved documentation.
- Create automated workflows that transform product updates into tailored talk tracks, Slack updates, enablement content, and email templates for different departments.
- Build internal AI agents that coach employees on processes such as deal desk approvals, messaging guidance, and internal operations.
- Embed AI functionality into tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Guru so support is available directly in the flow of work.
- Conduct regular audits of AI outputs to prevent messaging drift and ensure systems are using the most recent business strategy and approved content.
- Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of tested prompts and workflows that drive accurate, repeatable outputs.
- Track usage analytics and adoption trends to identify enablement gaps, workflow inefficiencies, or areas where messaging is not sticking.
- Ensure all internal data used in AI systems remains secure and aligned with company privacy and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience connecting business systems through APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or related technologies.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make to connect AI workflows across business systems.
- Ability to programmatically enforce structured outputs such as JSON, templates, or workflow logic to ensure consistency.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to build scalable solutions that solve problems across teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams.
