Salary
💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- You'll be the architect of the Cube community ecosystem — standing it up, filling the seats, and keeping it alive.
- Launch and manage Cube's owned community (Slack, Discord, or forum — your call on what works best)
- Organize a recurring monthly community meetup — virtual or IRL — where Cube users connect, share war stories, and learn from each other
- Create themed community events throughout the year: roundtables, "hot takes" sessions, early-access previews, and AMAs with our product and exec team
- Write daily prompts and conversation starters that keep the community buzzing between events
- Represent Cube externally on Reddit, Quora, and niche finance forums — build trust first, promote second
- Own the full webinar calendar from idea to recap: platform setup (Zoom/Riverside), live moderation, follow-up
- Repurpose long-form sessions into short clips, blog posts, and forum answers — build the content flywheel
- Manage logistics for trade shows and field events — make our presence memorable even on a lean budget
- Source swag that people actually want to keep and send "surprise and delight" packages to VIPs and advisory members
- Run our Customer Advisory Board (CAB): manage the member list, organize meetings, and make sure exec-level feedback actually lands with our leadership team
- Host Product Deep Dive sessions and Early Access roundtables for our most engaged users
- Own our G2 and Capterra presence — run incentive campaigns that generate a steady stream of authentic, high-quality reviews
- Own Cube's LinkedIn presence end-to-end: monitor brand mentions, engage with posts about us, and build our company page into a destination worth following. Culture posts, office moments, customer wins, team spotlights
- Brainstorm and execute unconventional, low-budget campaigns that get people talking
- Stay active across social — newsjacking, jumping on trending threads, making sure Cube shows up wherever finance folks hang out
- Turn a 20-minute product demo into a week's worth of content using AI tools
- Write and distribute press releases for major product launches, partnerships, and company milestones
- Manage award submissions — identify the right opportunities and make sure Cube is showing up on the lists that matter to our buyers
- Monitor media coverage and flag relevant industry narratives where Cube has a point of view worth inserting
- Coordinate with leadership on thought leadership placements, bylines, and speaking opportunities
Requirements
- You've been the most creative person on every team you've been on and haven't had the scope to prove it yet
- You use AI tools daily to move faster and do more
- You're equally comfortable hosting a roundtable with CFOs and dropping a well-timed meme in a Discord thread
- You've built or been a core part of a community before — even informally — and you know what makes them die and what makes them thrive
Benefits
- We provide 100% covered employee medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including FSA/HSA options plus free memberships to OneMedical, Teladoc, and Talkspace.
- Our flexible paid vacation and sick/mental health time guidelines help you get the time and space you need.
- We offer stock options to all full-time employees of Cube, as we want you to be connected to the success of the company.
- We offer 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for the birthing parent.
- We offer each Cuber a quarterly learning budget to spend on books, classes, or events that support your development.
- You’ll be joining an experienced team of tech startup leaders who are eager to work with you and provide support and mentorship!
- You’ll work for a company that our customers are truly excited about!
