About the role
- Lead a team of 8–12 Account Executives to meet revenue targets.
- Manage pipeline coverage in partnership with the Head of SDR.
- Drive execution on discovery, qualification, and deal velocity.
- Conduct deal reviews and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of quota attainment improvements.
- Proficient in MEDDPICC or comparable qualification methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
- Ability to manage performance improvement processes effectively.
- Familiarity with finance personas (CFOs, VP Finance, FP&A teams) is a plus.
