About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of 8–12 Account Executives to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage pipeline coverage in partnership with the Head of SDR.
  • Drive execution on discovery, qualification, and deal velocity.
  • Conduct deal reviews and performance evaluations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven record of quota attainment improvements.
  • Proficient in MEDDPICC or comparable qualification methodology.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Ability to manage performance improvement processes effectively.
  • Familiarity with finance personas (CFOs, VP Finance, FP&A teams) is a plus.
