HR Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters
- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies
- Knowledge of standard HR practices
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
