About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters
Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies
Knowledge of standard HR practices
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Excellent project management skills
