Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
Handle tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services.
Monitor rent collection, billing, property expenses and reports, and assist in budgeting.
Assist with lease preparations and move-ins / move-outs.
Maintain property management software, documents, and tenant databases.
Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and property performance.
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all properties.

3+ years of experience in property management role.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and external partners.
