Learning & Development Specialist
Cube Care CompanyLearning & Development Specialist for a US-based manufacturing company. Leading employee training programs and enhancing onboarding and compliance education.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain structured employee onboarding programs for new hires.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to meet company policies and legal requirements.
- Create engaging and scalable leadership and management development programs.
- Coordinate and document product and system training for different departments.
- Utilize LMS (Learning Management System) to assign, track, and report training progress and certifications.
- Collaborate with HR, team leads, and department heads to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
- Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
- Ensure all training content is current, accessible, and aligned with company values and goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or employee development
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and tracking learning progress
- Strong content development and facilitation skills (online and in-person)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Experience in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, iSpring) (Nice to Have)
- Background in HR, talent management, or employee engagement (Nice to Have)
- Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design (Nice to Have)
