About the role
- Analyze, organize, and update financial records
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
- Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
- Setup financial accounts as needed
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables
- Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
- Keep company financial information confidential
- Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization

Requirements
- Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System
- Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work Eastern Time (8AM - 5PM)
- Comfortable with computer monitoring (Teramind) and being on camera during entire shift
- Motivation to exceed expectations, ability to work independently, fast learner
- System requirements: 5th generation Intel i5 or equivalent; Minimum 4.00 GB RAM; Windows 10 or Mac OSX (No Linux/Unix)
- Internet: 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (primary and backup)
- Required hardware: Noise-cancelling USB headset; WebCam at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
