About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website and internal web applications
- Optimize landing pages for marketing and lead conversion campaigns
- Implement modern UX/UI design principles to enhance visual presentation and user experience
- Use Google ecosystem tools like Google Tag Manager to implement proper tracking
- Leverage AI tools as an assistant to coding/programming
- Regularly audit and improve website speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate digital assets and content for campaigns
- Maintain website security, perform regular updates, and manage hosting or server environments
- Work hand in hand with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Multi Media Specialist
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend and full-stack web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and/or relevant backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
- Strong knowledge of landing page creation and performance optimization
- Experience using Google tools: Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to improve workflows
- Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with SEO, page speed optimization, and schema markup
- Ability to translate complex manufacturing processes or services into clean and user-friendly digital content
- Experience in 3D forms or interactive web elements is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: experience with industrial or manufacturing companies’ web design needs
- System requirements: 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- System requirements: Minimum 4.00 GB RAM
- System requirements: Windows 10 or Mac OSX (No Linux/Unix or other OS allowed)
- System requirements: Internet Speed: 5.0 MBPS plan or higher for both primary and backup (backup must be capable as primary)
- Required hardware: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB
- Required hardware: WebCam at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
- MANDATORY VIDEO RECORDING answering specified questions
- Consent to computer monitoring by Teramind and to be on camera with working microphone during entire shift
