About the role
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical and business roles simultaneously, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define "ideal candidate" profiles and set high standards for our rapidly growing team
- Cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline through LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, industry events, and other creative ways
- Act as a "Cube Ambassador" for candidate experience, ensuring an inclusive, high-touch journey that turns every applicant into a brand advocate
- Serve as the face of the company in the local market to amplify our presence across SEA, building our brand story both online and offline to attract top-tier talent
- Navigate and dominate the talent landscape across Thailand and Southeast Asia by identifying and leveraging the most effective local hiring channels
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Thailand with a deep understanding of the Thai and SEA talent landscapes
- Full professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal) is essential
- 2 to 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically for high-growth tech roles(in-house tech experience is strongly preferred)
- You are comfortable engaging with technical talent and understand the nuances of hiring for high-growth tech roles
- Hands-on experience with Workable (or similar ATS) and a genuine interest in using data/trends to optimize recruiting efficiency.
- A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage high-volume requisitions within a fast-moving environment
