About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in creating posts, emails and campaigns for social media and the blog
Write and proofread creative, engaging copy
Publish content on social channels and monitor community engagement
Support email marketing sends and learn about digital platforms
Edit images and organize graphic materials (basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
Assist in performance analysis and campaign reporting
Collaborate with the marketing team in brainstorms and creative projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school — in progress or completed — or pursuing higher education in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
Must be between 14 and 24 years old (in compliance with the Brazilian Apprenticeship Law)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good written communication and a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing and design
Organized, curious and proactive in day-to-day work
Motivated to develop professionally and grow with the team
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and Artificial Intelligence (plus)
Participation in school or personal projects related to content creation is a plus
Knowledge of social media best practices or automation tools is a plus
Interest in courses in marketing, design or communications is a plus
