About the role

  • Aggregate review of customer forecasts;
  • Supply optimization (supply matching and expediting) vs. cost monitoring;
  • Action plans and tracking of overdue or excess releases;
  • Risk management (GR/DCS gaps versus financial targets);
  • Analyze customer demand signals, customer channels and point-of-sale (POS) data to validate orders;
  • Lead the customer allocation process for the Latin America and North America regions across all product categories;
  • Balance supply across distribution centers (DCs);
  • Work with “CAMS” to ensure future demand is aligned with planned forecasts;
  • Actively participate in and contribute to weekly S&OE meetings;
  • Collaborate with S&OP (Production Planning) to plan adjustments according to demand changes;
  • Evaluate and recommend scenarios to improve supply outlook and safety stock;
  • Identify and take proactive measures to prevent supply constraints;
  • Provide timely and clear feedback on product availability inquiries from Sales;
  • Actively participate in global weekly S&OE meetings, responsible for content creation and decision execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain;
  • Analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience using advanced analytics and optimization techniques;
  • Proven ability to make decisions with uncertain or incomplete information;
  • Preferably experience with LATAM retail consumer products and demonstrated understanding of customer, market and channel dynamics;
  • Fluent English for daily use (MANDATORY);
  • Proficiency with email environments, MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Google Apps and Tableau.
