About the role

  • Content management and online marketing: support for online marketing channels (web and app) and responsibility for managing the portals
  • Newsletters: composing and preparing audience-targeted mailings and ensuring timely distribution
  • Artist, event and venue content: preparing content for various pages and ensuring it is presented in an appealing, informative and SEO-optimized way
  • Landing pages and TYPO3: creating and maintaining landing pages in the TYPO3 CMS and ensuring audience-appropriate, SEO-optimized content
  • Graphic tasks: creating banners and image editing
  • Project management: contributing to various web projects — from planning through implementation
  • Social media tasks in the classical music sector
  • Analysis and reporting: monitoring and analysing the performance of web and app channels and producing detailed reports
  • Editorial work: taking on editorial tasks, attending press conferences and actively contributing to the HEADLINER magazine

Requirements

  • Interest in events
  • Experience in online editorial work, CMS administration, newsletter distribution, etc.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is required
  • Creativity and a confident editorial style in writing
  • Excellent German spelling and grammar skills
  • Motivated, proactive and dynamic personality with a careful, detail-oriented working style
