About the role

  • Strategic development, management and sustainable expansion of digital brand partnerships
  • Design, implementation and continuous optimization of innovative collaboration models in the digital space
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and management of external partners and stakeholders
  • Preparation of well-founded decision materials and persuasive presentations at management level (Keynote, PowerPoint)
  • Analysis of market, brand and trend potentials in music and live entertainment to identify new growth opportunities
  • Independent leadership of contract negotiations as well as strategic development and scaling of existing partnerships

Requirements

  • University degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Management or a comparable qualification
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, digital commercialisation, brand partnerships or a comparable field
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering visually and substantively convincing presentations for decision-makers and management
  • Strong affinity for music and live entertainment and a solid understanding of the relevant market dynamics
  • Business fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Highly developed strategic thinking and analytical skills for assessing complex issues
  • High degree of responsibility, reliability and strong organizational skills in managing demanding projects
  • Above-average commitment, resilience and results orientation
  • Confident and convincing presence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
