• Support the Staffing Lead and delivery teams with clear daily and weekly overviews
• Coordinate and prioritize hiring activities in line with capacity needs
• Keep our ATS running smoothly and use LinkedIn and other platforms to attract
• Maintain accurate staffing data and planning tools
• Share updates and insights proactively
• Communicate availability, absences, and staffing updates transparently
• Manage freelancer hiring and onboarding with care
